Andrea is an Executive Producer with 20+ years of experience bringing events to life. Activations have spanned Super Bowls to National Political Conventions and clients have ranged from Google to Nike to Verizon. Years of experience in “the old world” of experiential convinced her of the need for a swift shift to a new way of activating events and sponsorships in this pandemic-aware world.

Hillary Cartwright, MBA
Hillary has 13 years of event experience ranging from small coffeehouse concerts at colleges to multi-million dollar sponsorship activations. She has produced events for United Airlines, Kingsford, Benjamin Moore, and most recently 29rooms for Refinery29. Event safety, staff training, and sustainability have always been a priority and passion for her.

Elizabeth Bryndza, MSc
Elizabeth comes to The Event Ally with a background in health policy and over 10 years of event experience. After completing a Master of Science degree in Health, Community and Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science, she served as Deputy Director of Protocol for the State of New Jersey. She worked on impactful programs to support local nonprofits, and executed events around Hurricane Sandy relief, which ignited her passion for bringing experiences to life. Because of her love of events, she moved on to the experiential industry, executing brand activations at major cultural moments like Global Citizen Festival, NBA All-Star Weekend, and the Super Bowl.
Rebecca Teal, PMP, SSBB
Rebecca brings 15+ years of experience in the live entertainment industry working with the likes of Live Nation Global Touring, IMG, and AEG, along with leading operations for major multi-day music festivals, experiential tours, galas, conferences and more. Risk Management & sustainability have long been focuses for Rebecca, crafting & executing festival & venue operational plans inclusive of health, safety, security and emergency services.
